software developer entering into an agreement with a US
platform provider governed under English law;

medical expert in connection with media matters arising
out of his work with a Swiss company on a slimming aid
being franchised in Australia;

film production company acquiring an option to make a
feature film based on a South African copyright work;

The MH Property Department has acted for:

a UK property purchase for one of its borrowers in Saudi
Arabia, acting through a BVI company; and

Square as its new Embassy.

MH Property continues to act for a Malaysian bank in relation
to buy-to-let residential property lending work in the UK to
borrowers based in Malaysia.
In October 2011, Hugh Gardner is joining the UKIBC delegation
to Mumbai, New Delhi and Chandigarh, which will focus on SMEs
